TERMINAL FOR ACCESS CONTROL AND PRESENCE DETECTION WITH TOUCH SCREEN DISPLAY AND LINUX OPERATING SYSTEM.
KUGHI is available in two versions, Single Core and Quad Core. The latter, equipped with WiFi and Bluetooth on board, is specifically designed for applications requiring customisation. KUGHI contains the best in RFID technology: two tag readers/writers operating simultaneously, one at 125 kHz and one at 13.56 MHz, the latter compatible with NFC technology. Both can be installed with one or two antennas; the latter configuration is ideal for detecting presence through the user's choice between entry and exit at the time of stamping. The device can also be used simultaneously as a QR Code and Bar Code reader. It also features an I/O interface, 4 separately controllable RGB LEDs for backlighting the enclosure. The device can update itself autonomously and be remotely assisted, making it particularly suitable for operation in geographically dispersed installations connected via the internet. This particular configuration means that KUGHI integrates into the Internet of Things, thus being the ideal connection between the real world and the network. This function is backed up by the fact that, thanks to its graphical interface, the user experience is extremely easy to customise. For this reason the terminal no longer has the sole function of collecting data and sending it to a server, but can also bring the user information he/she needs by collecting it from the web. The KUGHI can thus assume different functions in each individual installation, and even at different times in the same installation. There can therefore be many fields of application limited only by the imagination of the developers, but above all its use for a given application can provide a performance that was hereto unthinkable with previous technologies.
