TEKA IS A SYSTEM THAT ENABLES THE MANAGEMENT OF MECHANICAL KEYS FOR VEHICLES OR PREMISES (E.G. SERVER ROOM, EQUIPMENT STORE, ETC...) AT COMPANIES, ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES AND IN PUBLIC CONTEXTS.
The manual management of mechanical keys often involves numerous problems relating both to the difficulty of knowing their availability and to key return issues. TEKA was created to computerise key management in a simple and secure way by transparently applying the basic rules of access control. Each user, once identified, is authorised to take / return only the keys for which, at that time, he/she has the appropriate authorisations. All operations are recorded in real time, making it possible to ascertain at any time whether a certain key is available or whether it has been picked up, by who and when.
The TEKA system is:
Modular:
the number of keys to be managed can be decided (in modules of 4) according to customer needs and can be expanded over time.
Distributed:
each TEKA unit can be installed in the most logistically suitable place within the installation.
Web based:
whether it is a single TEKA unit, multiple units within the same installation or multiple units in geographically dispersed installations, management and supervision are handled using a parametric and customisable web interface.
